Historically Black Colleges And Universities Tour Experience
3rd Annual Elite Educationalist Recognition Gala

On behalf of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities Tour Experience Co-chairs Barbara Welch and India Manns, we want to thank you for your support of the 2017 Elite Educationalist "Rising in Excellence" Gala, on September 29, 2017, hosted by the Historically Black Colleges and Universities Tour Experience (HBCUTE).

This year, not only did we achieve record breaking dollars raised, we also doubled attendance with over 300 guests in attendance! We could not have accomplished this level of success without your generous contributions.

Because of your support, deserving students will be able to attend the Historically Black Colleges and Universities 2018 Tour Experience, scheduled for March 31st–April 8th. Students will tentatively visit 11 colleges, with side trips to such culturally important venues as the Gettysburg Battlefield, Hampton University Museum, Toby’s Dinner Theater, and the Smithsonian National Museum of History & Culture.

The trip provides not only an opportunity for students to visit multiple schools, but also to learn more about their own cultural history. It is truly a life-enriching event! Thank you again for your support and interest. We are already planning for next year, in hopes that we can count on your invaluable support again. Please contact us anytime!
